Myoko Vista Ski Lodge is situated in Myoko Kogen (Akakura Onsen), approximately 45 minutes from Nagano and 3.5 hours from Tokyo. This Ski in Ski out boutique property is located on the upper side of Akakura Onsen with all rooms boasting views of the surrounding resort and township. The property also offers an in-house traditional bathhouse overlooking the snow and ski runs of Myoko Akakura Resort.
All rooms are designed to be comfortable and spacious, allowing guests a little bit of Japanese luxury amongst Western comforts. Each of the rooms feature the traditional Japanese tatami mats and include a private bathroom (shower and toilet), Western style bedding (including down duvet and pillows), bespoke body amenities, TV/iPhone docks, Wi-Fi internet access and central heating. All have large glass sliding doors and private verandahs.
Myoko Vista boasts a penthouse suite, with views space and amenities unlike anything else in town. The penthouse covers one entire half of the top floor of the building and has expansive views over the valley (in fact on clear days you can see Madarao, Tangram, Nozawa Onsen and Shiga Kogen). The penthouse suite also features a fully self-contained kitchen, large bathroom and an exquisite Western style bath.
