As a family owned and operated business, since 1984 our longevity in business shows the history of Snowscene and that we are a well-structured and planned business who have experienced many global events and continue to trade strongly.
Now more then ever is the time to talk transparently to our customers, especially in the uncertain times we are all now living.
What accreditation does Snowscene hold and what does this mean?
To maintain credentials and memberships, strict criteria including financial analysis and reporting must be met. This includes the operation and management of a Trust Account which is also audited. All client and school funds are held in a separate client trust account which is a requirement by law to be a licensed travel agent and a member of the below licensing bodies.
- Australian Federation of Travel Agents www.afta.com.au – Member number 04812
The Australian Federation of Travel Agents Limited (AFTA) is the peak body for Australia’s Travel Agents
- ATAS Travel Accreditation Scheme www.atas.com.au – Member number A11106
ATAS is a national accreditation scheme for Australian travel agents
- Licensed Travel Agent www.snowscene.com.au – License number 1340
- Helloworld Associate Member www.helloworld.com.au
Helloworld is Australia’s largest network of independent travel agents
Sunscene was formed in 2017 largely due to client feedback who kept saying they wanted to book all their travel with their trusted travel agent not just snow holidays.
