Aspen Snowmass is an adult’s dream playground! We loved our visit so much we named our dog Aspen!
The option to explore four mountains on one lift pass was an extraordinary treat and left no room for disappointment.
We chose to stay in Snowmass for a more lively experience and were lucky enough to score a room overlooking the ice rink and village stroll. The resort provides shuttle between each mountain so getting from one to the other for the day or a few runs is a seamless process.
Aspen city displays old town charm while Snowmass Village has a modern display of lights and bustle. My personal (and crowd) favourite Après destination is Venga Venga, margaritas and Mexcian – need I say more? A close second is The Crepe Shack in the middle of the village for pastries, treats and breakfast.
Most properties including where we stayed at Capitol Peak Lodge have outdoor hot tubs surrounded by snow providing the perfect way to relax after shredding the slopes all day!
Aspen Snowmass has no shortage of romantic activities on offer, exhilarating adventures including the Alpine Coaster and a range of accommodation for all budgets and group sizes.
