Accessing the mountain from the Methven ski town is super easy when using the shuttle system to the mountain and the village cruiser around the town. Being a small town of only a few blocks getting around is extremely easy.

Be sure to have a day off the slopes to explore local bush walks, Rakaia Gorge via jetboat, white water rafting or a local tour. Multi day passes give you the best value to have flexibility for activity days, explore the town and allow for weather changes.
