The Corporate Chef focuses on seasonal menus and fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients for these award-winning dishes. The knowledgeable sommelier is charged with selecting, purchasing, and pairing wine with the seasonal menus. On Sundays they offer their famous brunch beginning at 11 am. Reservations for Deer Valley restaurant are highly recommended.
Troll Hallen:
For a lively après or a light lunch, Troll Hallen offers the perfect setting for Deer Valley dining. Enjoy seasonal spirits while taking in views of the surrounding world-renowned Deer Valley Resort mountains. Stein Alpenglobes:
Six life-size Alpenglobes sit atop the deck of the Mountain Lodge for your luxury outdoor dining experience. These unique, clear domes offer a climate-controlled and fully enclosed atmosphere with captivating, panoramic Deer Valley views for our guests to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging. Four globes seat up to 6 guests and two seat up to eight guests.

With an impressive 20,000 bottles and over 2,000 selections worth over $2.6 million, the wine cellar at Stein Eriksen Lodge offers guests a unique experience and access to some of the finest wines around the world. Private wine seminars and tastings may be scheduled for up to 10 guests and are led by a certified sommelier. Book an hour-long blind tasting with an advance reservation only. Limited to parties of 10 adults or less. Must be 21 years of age to participate or be in the wine cellar or tasting room.
