Perisher’s Sundeck Hotel offers hot and cold buffet breakfasts and 3 course dinners with choices everyday for all house guests. They have 4 craft beers on tap in the bar and an excellent wine list, supporting Australian producers. The restaurant is also open for lunch and is said to be “the best valued lunch in the mountains”.
