Banff is an incredibly picturesque town, and the best way to see this is from the Banff sightseeing gondola and elevated walkway – which is usually a carpet of white snow in winter. Or you could take a relaxing step back from the hustle and bustle of travelling and enjoy some time at the Banff hot springs. Entrance is on a first come first served basis but sinking into the hot water is just what the doctor ordered after skiing and walking for days on end.
You could also choose to see Banff including the icefield via helicopter and stop during the experience to snowshoe the icefields, this we highly recommend and can be added to your Snowscene package.
