A crowd favourite and a personal favourite of Snowscene staff are the onsen hot pools in Queenstown – a great way to finish the ski day on the way back into town from Coronet Peak. Not as adventurous as the onsens in Japan, you can wear bathers in Queenstown, although the hot pool is booked for you and your group exclusively. Having won the World Luxury Spa awards these idyllic cedar-lined hot pools overlook the Shotover River. Courtesy shuttles are provided to and from town if you are not driving past on the way back from the slopes. We recommend you book this well in advance as we are not the only ones who have dubbed this as our favourite Après Ski activity. Ask your Snowscene consultant to check availability for you.
