Booking conditions: Please read all booking, payment & cancellation conditions then inform all other party members of all
conditions, information and travel insurance. By accepting a booking with Snowscene it is accepting
the below booking conditions. Pricing in this brochure is valid from 18/12/2015-30/09/2016 excluding
Japan rates which are indicative to the 2015/2016 ski season & exchange rate.

Quotes & Reservations: are subject to availability. Flights, Transfers, Car Hire, Accommodation, Equipment/ Clothing Hire, Lift Passes, Lessons or any other component may not be available during specific periods and are always subject to availability at the time of booking.

Confirmation & Invoices: are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the passenger accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

Acceptance of Booking: Bookings are accepted subject to the services or accommodation applied for being available, Snowscene and its agents reserve the right, without notice, to modify, cancel or withdraw any of the arrangements in the future and in the event shall this occur full refund will be provided to the customer. Bookings with carriers and suppliers also are subject to their own terms and conditions as printed or referred to in your travel documentation, tickets or itinerary.

Pricing: Pricing published by Snowscene in various brochures, flyers or listed on the website are subject to change without notice. All pricing can be used as a guide until confirmed by the Snowscene in writing at time of booking.

Currency: All pricing provided by Snowscene (written & verbal) is subject to change due to foreign exchange currency fluctuation. Any changes due to currency fluctuation will be advised to you at time of your quote, booking or final payment.

Deposit payment: A minimum of 30% deposit of the package cost is payable within 7 days on confirmation of the booking. Selected destinations & early bird specials other payment requirements may apply. All of these will be notified to you at time of booking from Snowscene.

Balance payment: Is required 45-60 days prior to your start date, pending your travel destination.

Early Bird Specials: All early bird bookings (car hire, accommodation and/or lift passes) are non refundable once paid in full.

Credit Card Fees: Apply to all bookings. A 1.5% (Mastercard, Visa) or 3.5% (American Express, Diners) merchant fee will be added if a credit card is used for payment. Other payment options are available.

Booking Fees: A Booking fee of $50 applies for a 2 night stay.

Service Fees: For all travel services booked without land components a $50 service fee per booking will be charged. An additional charge may apply for selected destinations on the Snowscene Express.

Late Reservation Fees: For all reservations made within 21 days prior to departure, Snowscene will incur additional communication and documentation costs. Snowscene reserve the right to charge late booking fees & full payment is required at time of booking. A fee of up to $50 per booking reference number will be automatically added to your booking.

Amendment Fees: For all amendments made outside 21 days prior to the start date OR after
documentation is issued, whichever comes first, Snowscene charges up to $100 per booking reference
number to cover the expenses involved in any component of your booking being changed in any way.

Cancellation Fees: For all cancellations made outside 60 days prior to the start date, Snowscene
charges a minimum of $150 per person on each booking reference number to cover the expenses involved
in processing the booking plus any supplier charges on top of this. For all cancellations made inside 60
days prior to the start date, there is no refund. Refunds can take up to 28 days to be processed. Insurance
covering cancellation is strongly recommended as cancellation policies are strict.

Airfare Bookings: Airfare conditions & payments vary with airlines, Snowscene service fees may apply to airline bookings. Please check these with your Snowscene Specialist.

Passport & Visas: It is the clients responsibility to arrange all passports & visas. Please check these with your Snowscene Specialist.
Snobus Group Tours: The group tours are subject to a minimum number of people travelling in order for
the services of a tour guide to be included.

Travel Insurance: is highly recommended at the time of your deposit for unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the travel insurance full PDS provided to you by Snowscene for more information.

Snow Conditions: No holiday booked with Snowscene can be changed, altered or cancelled due to
weather conditions. It should be understood that Snowscene cannot be held responsible for snow cover or
conditions under any circumstance.

Documentation: Snowscene issues documentation 14 -21 days prior to your start date. If they are required earlier for any reason, Snowscene must be advised at least 2 weeks prior to the date required other wise, your own arrangements (e.g. Express Post Envelope, Courier) will need to be made and
paid for to receive them urgently. Once issued, documents cannot be re issued without a fee.

Unused Vouchers & Services: No refunds are given on unusued vouchers for accommodation, meals, car rental, ski pass, equipment or unused services supplied by Snowscene.

Publicity: You agree that Snowscene may contact you to request consent to use images of members of the group taken during their trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for
publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.

Consumer Claims: Should you encounter any problems on your holiday it is recommended that you try to resolve directly with the supplier or call Snowscene immediately to help rectify the problem on hand. If it is not possible, please lodge a complaint in writing to Snowscene within 30 days of completing your Snowscene holiday.
