I wanted to thank you for your amazing communication and work as we go through such a tough time with COVID-19. The response to the schools questions and needs was swift and considered. As a school, we come back to Snowscene year after year due to the quality of the product, the flexibility of the program from year to year, the cost, and of course the customer service, even having your staff meeting us on the slopes to check in and see if we are happy with everything.
