To see the true beauty of Queenstown from up high we recommend you take the Skyline Gondola up to Bob’s Peak and enjoy panoramic views of the Southern Alps across Lake Wakatipu. Whilst you’re at the top you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the Stratosfare Restaurant; Luge Rides; Stargazing; and even Paragliding is available from the top of the Skyline Gondola.

Gondola:  Take a scenic Gondola ride on the Southern Hemisphere’s steepest Gondola for quick and easy access to Queenstown’s most spectacular views.  The Gondola rises 450 vertical metres above Queenstown on an average incline of 37.10 to the Skyline complex on Bob’s Peak.

Luge:  The Luge is a fun filled gravity ride for all ages and abilities.  Two Luge tracks are situated above the Skyline complex on Bob’s Peak and are accessed by chairlift or walking track.  The fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down, after sunset the Luge tracks light up for Night Luge.  Once is never enough!

Stargazing:  Explore the Milky Way and encounter neighbouring stars, nebulae and clusters and more.  Get a look at the Southern Cross and other famous constellations in our all-weather Stargazing experience.

Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar:  Enjoy a scenic Gondola ride and sumptuous lunch or dinner at Stratosfare Restaurant, serving iconic New Zealand dishes infused with international flair.  Allow at least 20 minutes (40 mins in peak periods) to travel up the Gondola prior to the time booked for Dinner or Lunch.
