More to love in NZ this season

As we plan our own travel and that of our customers in anticipation of the Trans-Tasman bubble being approved, we wanted to share with you why we love skiing the Southern Lakes area of Wanaka.

The Yin and The Yang.

With the new dual lift pass offering the flexibility to ski and board Cardrona or Treble Cone on the one pass, this makes the choice to ski New Zealand this winter or next so appealing.

When there is fresh snow, one of the mountains has it – with the east and west facing aspects – the powder will be waiting – as we said the yin and the yang.

Treble Cone is perfect for your big mountain adventure being the largest ski resort in the South Island and a great fit for those who love to ski in Japan and Canada. There is plenty of powder and advanced terrain with plenty of ungroomed rooms and legendary off-piste terrain with views for days.

With Cardrona anticipating to have most of the product offering for 2020 this is bound to be a family favourite as little Billy can still go to ski school; there is even a ski kindy. Cardrona is already one of the most popular ski areas of the South Island and being easily accessible from both Wanaka and Queenstown it is the ultimate winter playground with big expansion plans in the years to come with SOHO basin which we are extremely excited about.

Wait there’s more…. Ski in ski out apartments are possible in New Zealand, it is just hard to find. And we have availability with flexible COVID terms for peace of mind.
